Our closed-loop production, bioreactor for converting waste into fertiliser and zero emissions, coupled with our exclusive reliance on 100% renewable electricity, are evidence of our unyielding devotion to environmentally sustainable food production. In addition to our environmental priorities, we have designed our plant to be community-friendly and to serve as a source of education on healthy eating habits
