Vertically Integrated Plant with Innovative Eco-Friendly Features for Latgale and Latvia.

Our company is focused on incorporating global best practices in the production of frozen meals. Our objective is to introduce a novel plant that boasts distinctive key features, including vertical and sprout farming, ecological orientation with zero waste, zero emissions, and zero fossil energy usage. Additionally, our plant will incorporate a bioreactor that converts food waste into fertilizer, utilize closed-loop food production, feature nano-freezing and acoustic refrigeration, provide restaurant-grade food production, incorporate robotics, and utilize electricity exclusively from renewable sources.

The industrial park 'Latgale Food Production,' has articulated its vision to transform itself into a fully vertically integrated entity in the next decade. The ultimate goal is to operate as a grower, producer, and distributor of 100% plant-based foods that are not only healthy but also rich in micronutrients, vitamins, and proteins. This vision underscores the organization's commitment to enhancing the quality and nutritional value of its products while simultaneously broadening its scope of operations. The industrial park is determined to align itself with the growing demand for healthy food options, and the establishment of a vertically integrated model is an instrumental step towards achieving this objective.

MISSION

The mission of the organization is centered on the production of food items that surpass conventional products in nutritional value. This entails utilizing modern technologies and research-based approaches to meet high culinary standards, which ultimately enhances the quality and nutritional value of the meals produced. The overarching goal is to make these nutritious food options widely accessible and convenient for customers by offering them in easily accessible locations. This mission statement highlights the organization's commitment to providing the community with healthy and nutritious food choices that are convenient and accessible. By leveraging modern technologies and research-based approaches, the organization endeavors to produce meals that are both healthy and delicious, thereby setting a new standard in the food industry.

At Latgale Food Production with Educational & Training Center, we are committed to implementing the ZERO3 principles of zero waste, zero emissions, and zero fossil energy. 

 

We strive to achieve these goals while also contributing to the well-being of our local community and the environment.

To achieve our objectives, we:

1. Prioritize the employment of local people to support the local community and economy.

Attract talented Latvian citizens to promote re-emigration and create a strong and skilled workforce.

2. Promote education to the local society on the benefits of healthy and nutritious food and its impact on health, physical well-being, and positive socialization.

3. Recycle all waste generated from our production process to reduce our environmental footprint and contribute to a circular economy.

4. Use only energy from renewable sources in our operations, reducing our reliance on fossil fuels and minimizing our environmental impact.
