The exceptional and unparalleled culinary skills of our esteemed chef, Rihards Frīdenbergs Kalniņš, have resulted in the creation of dishes that stand alone in their uniqueness and distinction. 

Cod fillet with cauliflower steak & cauliflower pure, as well as the oven-roasted chicken and fennel frittata, are just two examples of the chef's culinary artistry.

At our plant, great emphasis is placed on sourcing high-quality ingredients from local organic farms. Additionally, we have implemented scientific technology in the cultivation of our own greens, resulting in produce that is notably more nutrient-rich than conventionally grown vegetables.
